Dr. David Bartos

Dr. Bartos earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 1998 from McGill University in Montreal; his hometown. He then continued on to complete a residency program at the Jewish General Hospital, also in Montreal. From there he moved to Ottawa and became a partner at the Westgate Dental Centre in 2001. He helped grow and shape the practice to its current state. In addition to his involvement in the operation of each of the centres, he maintains a private practice that focuses on cosmetic, rehabilitative and neuromuscular dentistry. He is heavily involved in the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI) curriculum which has allowed him to offer his patients some of the most advanced services currently available in dentistry. Along with the clinical implementation of the espoused philosophies into his private practice, he and Dr. Mark Northcott, have helped realize numerous LVI guidelines within each of the centres.

Dr. Mark Northcott

Dr. Northcott earned his doctor of Dental Surgery degree (D.D.S.) in 1998 from McGill University in Montreal. He followed with a one year general practice residency in dentistry at Yale University with an emphasis on hospital based dentistry and oral surgery. Prior to studying dentistry Dr. Northcott completed a Biology Specialist degree with honours from the University of Toronto. Before becoming a partner at the Westgate Dental Centre in 2001, Dr. Northcott practiced dentistry in Pembroke for 18 months, where he provided general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and hospital-based dentistry to his patients. He is a member of the Canadian Dental Association, Ontario Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. He is an avid student of the teachings of the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. Dr. Northcott has implemented the clinical teachings presented at the institute into his private practice. It has allowed him to offer progressive treatment options to the patients within the practice. Outside of his work in the clinic, he and Dr. Bartos have established the guiding philosophies that ensure that patient care is at the heart of Trillium Dental.

Dr. Demetrius Dalios

Dr. Demetrius Dalios attended the University of Western Ontario in London where he first completed an Honours Bachelor of Science degree (Hs.B.Sc.) in Physiology and then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree (D.D.S.) in 2005. He joined the Trillium Dental team and became a partner in 2008 and practices in the Minto Place location. He is a member of the Ontario Dental Association, Canadian Dental Association and the Ottawa Dental Society. Dr. Dalios enjoys all aspects of dentistry that encompasses the comprehensive care of patients which is the foundation of his patient orientated philosophy. He is trained in oral and nitrous oxide sedation, and is continuing his dental education at the Las Vegas Institute (LVI) for Advanced Dental Studies concentrating on cosmetic, rehabilitative and neuromuscular dentistry.
